About Us
Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana Roul’s Deli is family owned and all about great southern hospitality. Established in 1999, our founder Roul, believed in keeping the food fresh and delicious with his famous catch phrase, “Juicy Juicy”.
Our obsession with quality, freshness, never frozen, 100% USDA All-American premium-cut beef. Choose from1/2lb patties, we always grill it to order, just the way our founder approves of.
Sara and Hesham are the sole owner’s of all the Rouls Deli locations as of 2019 and since 1999 we’ve been driven to provide our customers with the best burger. That’s why we’re still here, 25 years later. We’re out to make the world happy, one great hamburger at a time.

IDDEN GEM! Their food is amazing! I found my addiction & although my scale is not happy, its better than drugs! It's almost embarrassing how often I eat here, Sara the owner knows my order just by me walking in. Sometimes I like to switch it up on her, and sure enough I get surprised with yet another amazing menu item. Can't decide if the burger, philly cheese steak poboy, or chicken poboy is my favorite. Now they have added egg rolls..omg.

This is where to go for a big home made burger! This location is near the gates of LSU. The burgers are half pound or better. They have chicken and gyros also. It's small and a pile of college students come in. The burgers are awesome with fresh everything. We come out of our way to eat here. I highly recommend Raul's to everyone!!
